Leader Library was born out of necessity. When we first ventured into the restaurant business, we quickly realized that there was a significant gap in accessible and practical resources for industry professionals. We searched extensively for the forms, guides, and instructional videos that are now found on this website, only to discover that such materials were either unavailable or scattered in hard-to-find places.

This lack of centralized, high-quality resources made our early days in the restaurant industry more challenging than they needed to be. We encountered obstacles that could have been more easily overcome if only there were a single place to find the tools, templates, and training that restaurant leaders require on a daily basis.

Recognizing that many others faced the same struggle, we set out to create a solution. Leader Library was developed to fill this void—a comprehensive platform where current and aspiring restaurant professionals can access valuable forms, step-by-step guides, and educational videos, all in one place. Our mission is to make it easier for those in the restaurant industry to succeed by providing the resources we once needed but could not find.
